A large, locally owned law firm with multiple offices throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking a motivated Family Law Attorney to join its growing team. The firm practices across multiple areas of law, but it is currently focused on expanding its Family Law department. This is a full-time, in-person position with strong opportunities for professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, adoption, and related litigation.
- Manage cases from intake through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
- Conduct hearings, depositions, and trials as needed.
- Provide compassionate, effective counsel to clients navigating sensitive and complex family matters.
- Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to deliver high-quality client service.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in Texas.
- Minimum of 1 year of family law litigation experience as a practicing attorney.
- Strong courtroom skills, with excellent written and oral advocacy abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
