The Opportunity
Our client, a leading global medical devices and diagnostics company, is seeking a Hospital Sales Representative. This remote position covers territories across the Tacoma, WA, The Peninsula, and Northern Oregon and requires the candidate to reside within Tacoma, WA and The Peninsula region.
This role focuses on driving growth within an assigned territory by identifying opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and executing effective sales strategies. This role works independently but collaborates closely with internal teams to move deals forward and support overall business goals. The position involves regular travel (up to 50%) to ensure strong customer coverage and support.
Key Highlights
- Achieve sales targets through effective territory planning and sales cycle management.
- Grow business in both new and existing accounts.
- Navigate multi-stakeholder hospital and healthcare environments while building strong relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans, including identifying risks and adjusting approaches as needed.
- Use available tools and resources to drive outcomes, including CRM updates and basic administrative tasks.
- Travel throughout the territory (up to 50%), with occasional overnight trips, to support customers and maintain momentum.

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 4 years of relevant sales experience or up to 3 years paired with a clinical background.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
Preferred:
- Consistent track record of high sales performance.
- Experience in diagnostics, point-of-care, lab, or capital equipment sales.
- Existing relationships with IDNs and hospital systems.
- Strong MS Office proficiency and comfort with CRM systems.
- Formal training in established sales methodologies.
