Now we're scaling it through partnerships and community—starting in the Bay Area, then taking it national.As our Partnerships Lead, you'll be our early relationship engine. You'll nail the model in the Bay Area, then scale it nationally. This is a builder role with clear output targets.What You'll OwnActivate High-Signal OrganizersOpen doors with people who feel real pain around running frequent events: field marketing managers, ABM leads, customer marketing, community managers, meetup organizers, creators, VC platform teams. Run structured interviews to identify their pain points and introduce Bonfiire. Turn them into early adopters who will try it out, then convert those trials into repeat bookers.Build the Venue SupplyIdentify and onboard high-quality venues into Bonfiire. Ensure they have packages ready and understand the platform. Create the supply side that makes instant booking possible.Design the Community Business ModelFigure out how to work with community event organizers, micro-influencers, and local leaders. Build an affiliate program that pays them and drives repeat use. Create a strong organic word-of-mouth funnel that scales beyond your direct reach.Build the Ecosystem from ScratchDon't just attend events—create them. Find high-potential interns, build a "street team," and get scrappy to drive the Bonfiire message. You'll build the initial kindling that turns into a massive flame.Own the Finance & VC CommunityBuild deep connections with VCs, family offices, and finance leaders. Make Bonfiire their default solution for booking events. Drive distribution to their portfolio companies and networks.Feed Product InsightsProvide clear feedback to the team on pain points, workflows, and what packaging resonates.
