We're building the world's best way for marketers to book IRL gatherings—the most unique experiences, transparent package pricing, and three-click booking.
We already serve 5% of the Fortune 500, have processed $100M in events this past year, and recently signed several new distribution partners including Booking.com for Business. Our core enterprise business is now profitable and we're launching a revolutionary new product offering for B2B marketers and we need your help.
As our Founding GTM Lead, you'll own messaging, build the bottoms-up customer acquisition engine, and close deals. This is a rare opportunity to join a company at the ground level with real traction and turn it into a category-defining success.
What You'll Own
Messaging and Positioning
Craft the story that makes Bonfiire's value obvious to field marketers, ABM leads, and community managers. Write the website copy, sales decks, email sequences, and landing pages that convert. Test messaging relentlessly. Make every touchpoint feel cohesive and compelling.
Build the Customer Acquisition Engine
Use AI to build lead lists, create campaigns, automate outreach, and build funnels that convert bottoms-up. Run the newsletter. Test channels relentlessly—Product Hunt, Reddit, LinkedIn, niche communities. Get in the trenches with personas, run interviews, identify pain points. Find signal, then scale it.
Close Deals
When leads come in, you'll hop on calls, deliver sharp presentations, answer questions, and close business. You're a marketer who isn't afraid to sell. Once we begin to scale, you will build your team and hire the best sales and marketing talent.
Build the Infrastructure and Allocate Budget
Use AI tools to create pitch decks, call scripts, landing pages, email sequences, CRM workflows, and assets that convert. Build automation that scales. Start with low-cost experiments. Once you find signal, allocate budget intelligently. Measure everything, iterate fast, double down on winners.

Skills:
3–5 years in marketing, growth, sales, or GTM at high-growth startups
AI-native—you use AI for lead gen, content, outreach automation, targeting
Expert in GTM tools: CRM, email platforms, landing page builders, analytics
Strong design instincts (Figma, Canva) and exceptional writing
Track record building bottoms-up demand engines that convert and scale
