For the last few years, sales and GTM teams have been increasingly struggling with outbound and content marketing. In a world where anyone can send millions of personalized AI emails in one click, the teams that are winning right now are going deeper with their relationships.

We're building the platform for going deeper.

We're on the verge of launching a new product which is the most differentiated experience in the world for booking intimate in-person events that close business. We are leveraging hundreds of customers and signed distribution deals to set the stage for market leadership.

We're hiring a founding GTM lead to make it all inevitable.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a Founding GTM Lead who will own our market outreach and traction with both venues and SMB customers. Your zone of brilliance is building the machine that finds and converts customers, and then closing initial leads yourself until you hire dedicated salespeople. You know how to run the train while you lay down the train tracks. You're designed for speed (of shipping, learning, iterating, and delivering), hard work, and curiosity.

This is an ownership role where you will define how a category-defining product goes to market and the outcomes that validate it all.

What You'll Own

  • The growth engine: Build automated systems for outbound, enrichment, sequencing, and conversion tracking. Make it repeatable. Make it scalable.
  • The pipeline: Get on calls, run demos, close venues and customers. Do things that don't scale until you learn what does — then automate it.
  • The message: Create the positioning, landing pages, decks, and assets for every persona. You own how Bonfiire speaks to the world.
  • The metrics: Be obsessed with what's working and ruthless about cutting what isn't.

What We're Looking For

Values You're at the point in your career where you want to take a big swing to impact millions and change the world by bringing humans closer together during the isolated AI age. You're hard working, creative, curious, and ethical.

Abilities You are a builder and a closer at the same time. Your bar for what constitutes a real result is high and you're able to both architect the system and work the phones. You love digging into data and finding what's working but you also make hard calls before the data catches up.

Skills You've done this before — at least some version of it. You know the tools. You're already using AI to go faster. Your track record speaks for itself — in numbers.

5 days/week in our Palo Alto office. OPT support available; not currently sponsoring H1B.
