Own features across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and internal tooling. Work directly with the founder and designer to create intuitive, fast, elegant experiences. Ship daily. Validate with real users. Iterate with velocity.Architect for ScaleDesign the systems—APIs, data models, search engines, marketplace logic—that will support millions of bookings and multiple product lines. Build for velocity today and scalability tomorrow. Establish technical foundations that last.Leverage AI Leverage AI into search, recommendations, and automation. Work with embeddings, vector stores, and model orchestration to build experiences that feel magical.Set the Engineering CultureEstablish standards. Introduce best practices.
