What You’ll Do:
- Lead a crew on residential and commercial sewer and utility installation jobs
- Operate excavation equipment and tools, including jetters and camera inspection systems
- Read and follow construction plans, blueprints, and job specs
- Locate underground utilities using industry-standard tools
- Keep accurate job documentation and enforce safety protocols
- Ensure light mechanical maintenance is completed and tools are job-ready
- Work in the field, not behind a desk – every day is hands-on
What You Bring:
- 5–10 years of experience in underground utility and sewer construction
- Valid CDL – no exceptions
- Proficiency with jetters, sewer inspection cameras, and locating equipment
- Confidence in leading a crew while staying involved in the physical work
- Strong trenching and excavation knowledge
- Dependable, safety-first mindset and problem-solving ability
- Clear communicator who can adapt to changing field conditions
