This hybrid role is based out of our Cleveland office and offers the flexibility of working three days in office and two days remotely each week. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to support our attorneys through all phases of litigation. What You’ll Do
- Communicate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and co-defense counsel
- Review, organize, and manage incoming discovery
- Draft discovery requests, responses, and related correspondence
- Prepare document productions and summarize records, transcripts, and discovery materials
- Create page-and-line deposition summaries
- Assist with case strategy discussions and attend roundtable meetings
- Obtain and research background information on parties involved in litigation
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files
- Prepare subpoenas, authorizations, exhibit lists, and trial exhibits
- Coordinate with third-party vendors (court reporters, record services, etc.)
- Conduct electronic filings and ensure deadlines are met
- Hybrid schedule with built-in flexibility
- Meaningful involvement in litigation from start to finish
- Collaborative legal team and professional work environment

What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s Degree with a Paralegal Certificate or a Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
- Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and professionalism
- Valid driver’s license
- Ohio Notary certification
