Position Summary
BoneDry Services is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Dispatcher to serve as the central communication hub between customers, field technicians, project managers, and insurance professionals. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, strong critical thinking abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
The ideal candidate is proactive, solution-focused, and capable of making sound decisions while coordinating multiple emergency and non-emergency service requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and manage incoming customer calls, emails, and service requests.
- Schedule and dispatch technicians, inspectors, and project managers efficiently.
- Monitor technician schedules and adjust assignments as needed based on workload, emergencies, and customer needs.
- Maintain clear communication between customers, field staff, subcontractors, and insurance representatives.
- Track job progress and ensure all appointments, inspections, and follow-ups are completed on time.
- Enter and maintain accurate job information within company software systems.
- Coordinate emergency response calls, including after-hours and priority service requests.
- Assist with customer updates regarding scheduling, project status, and service expectations.
- Support management by identifying scheduling conflicts and recommending solutions.
- Review work orders for completeness and accuracy.
- Help ensure a positive customer experience from initial contact through project completion.
