Principal Duties
- Greeting guests with genuine hospitality, managing reservations, and seating guests efficiently to balance the dining room flow.
- Reading the room and communicating with servers and managers to keep the guest experience seamless.
- Managing pickup catering orders and take-out orders: confirming accuracy, coordinating with the kitchen, packaging, and delivering to guests with the same hospitality as dine-in service.
- Answering phones, handling to-go inquiries, and assisting guests with questions about menus, specials, or catering.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting host stand, entryway, and waiting area.
- Supporting the overall flow of service by communicating guest needs, wait times, and table availability to the team.
- Owning the first and last impression for every guest—welcoming them in and sending them off with a smile.

- Ability to apply concepts of basic math, grammar, punctuation and spelling
- Complete other duties as assigned by supervisors
Experience & Requirements:
- Required when needed, the ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays. Schedule demands may change.
- ServeSafe Certified preferred but not required
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- In person job – Must be located near the job site
Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.
Light/Medium work – Exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally
