We are seeking a friendly and reliable individual to join our team as a Host at Perkins Restaurant in Minot ND. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring they have a positive dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they enter the restaurant
- Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus
- Answer any questions guests may have about the menu or restaurant
- Assist servers with seating arrangements and reservations
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Handle any guest concerns or complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the rest of the staff to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience for guests
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
