- Mentoring project management staff
- Ensuring timely sourcing of required materials
- Perform quality control on all jobs
- Authorize employee payroll and earnings
- Collect payment on all projects
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Pass a background check and Pre-employment Drug Screen
- 2 years of hands-on commercial roofing experience
- Prior experience conducting sales meetings
- Prior experience with meeting clients and prospects face to face
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and computer data entry
- Former experience managing staff/personnel
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
- Must be able to climb ladder safely and work at elevated heights on roof tops
- Ability to work 2 Saturdays a month March-November and 1 Saturday a month November-March
- Ability to pull a trailer behind a work truck
- Willingness to work long hours during busy season
- Military service a plus
- Compensation base commensurate with experience
