Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Fort Collins, CO. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers, identifying their needs, performing inspections and offering tailored solutions to fulfill them. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, managing customer relationships, delivering effective sales presentations, preparing quotes, and following up on potential sales opportunities. The role may involve providing product education and training to ensure customer satisfaction and understanding of services.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and provide excellent support
• Proven proficiency in Sales and Sales Management techniques, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
• Experience in Training and educating individuals or teams about products and services
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a goal-driven mindset
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Previous experience in roofing, construction, or home improvement industries is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
