Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maki Station Attendant at our Oakland Park, FL location. The Maki Station Attendant will be responsible for preparing and assembling high-quality sushi rolls, ensuring proper food handling and storage practices, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and meeting food safety and quality standards. The attendant will also assist in restocking ingredients, work collaboratively with kitchen staff, and ensure smooth operations during service hours.
