The Role
We're looking for an energetic, outgoing Field Marketing and Events Coordinator to drive Bondi Oakland Park's marketing efforts throughout the Greater Fort Lauderdale area. This part-time role works directly with the VP of Marketing and the restaurant General Manager to promote store activations, execute local events, and build brand awareness on the ground.
What You'll Do
- Book and execute off-site sampling events
- Confirm and coordinate all promotional collateral needed for events and activations
- Engage with guests and communicate compelling incentives to visit the restaurant
- Track and report on the success of all promotions
- Ideate and execute in-store events, such as product launches
- Distribute marketing collateral to local businesses
- Develop partnerships with local businesses so Bondi stays top of mind with their clients and members
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to off-site event locations throughout the Greater Fort Lauderdale area
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry event and promotional materials
- Comfortable engaging with the public and building relationships with local business contacts
- Flexible availability, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays as events require
- Energetic, outgoing, and self-directed enough to manage multiple events and partnerships at once
Nice to Have
- Prior marketing, promotions, brand ambassador, or hospitality/events experience
- Experience with restaurant events, catering sales, or reservation systems
- Existing relationships with local businesses in the Greater Fort Lauderdale area
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Compensation & Benefits
- $25.00-$30.00 per hour
- Part-time, hourly, non-exempt. 10–20 hours per week
