Role Description
This is a temporary, on-site role based in Anaheim, CA, for an Event Assistant. The Event Assistant will support the execution of events by coordinating logistical details, assisting with event setup, providing on-site client support, and ensuring seamless attendee experiences. Key responsibilities include maintaining schedules, ensuring materials are prepared, and assisting with client communications and inquiries during events.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to handle client interactions and respond to inquiries effectively.
- Experience in Event Planning and Event Management to assist with logistics, scheduling, and on-site coordination is preferred but not required.
- Excellent Organization Skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize duties, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic environments.
Availability Requirements
Applicants must be available to work the temporary job on:
Thursday, April 23rd from 9:00am to 5:00pm
Friday, April 24th from 8:00am to 6:20pm
Saturday, April 25th from 8:00am to 6:00pm
One hour lunch break provided.
Coffee breaks and snacks provided.
Pay
$200/day for a total of $600
