Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding guest relations to foster a welcoming environment
- Manage reservations using OpenTable; coordinate guest seating as a host/hostess when needed
- Handle customer inquiries promptly; resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain sanitation standards through proper cleaning routines and adherence to health regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred; fine dining experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Toast POS system and familiarity with OpenTable is advantageous
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy service hours; multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper sanitation procedures
- Hospitality background with an understanding of the food industry standards and guest relations
