Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with NEC guidelines.
- Conduct inspections of electrical systems to identify hazards or malfunctions.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within specifications.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using testing devices such as ammeters and voltmeters.
- Ensure high voltage systems are installed and maintained safely.
- Perform frame carpentry as needed to support electrical installations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Commercial Electrician or similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with NEC standards and regulations is essential.
- Experience working on construction sites is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using various hand tools and power tools related to electrical work.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
