This position is responsible for provision of a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The position supports at least four leaders of the Bon Secours Mercy Health Higher Education Institutions as located in Richmond, VA.
Essential Job Functions
Manages leaders' calendars as assigned to ensure smooth coordination of meetings and workflow.
Answers phone calls and takes messages to relay to leaders; directs all incoming calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner. Such projects include taking meeting minutes, providing requested support to compliance and institutional effectiveness team members, maintaining distribution lists accurately, coordinating room reservations and event set-up, and payroll duties.
Arrange travel schedules and reservations for leaders; reconcile travel expenses as requested by leaders.
Maintain essential files as directed by leaders.

Associate or bachelor's degree (preferred)
Work Experience
At least 2 years' experience in an administrative assistant role
Training
Expertise in Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, One Note, Outlook)
