About This Role
Bon Aqua Child Care Center & Preschool is seeking a dedicated Pre-K teacher to join our team in our Preschool classroom for children aged 3 to 5 years.
We are looking for a Pre-K Teacher Position:
4 days a week, 40 hours a week.
We require a positive attitude, a commitment to ongoing educational training in early childhood, a strong work ethic, and a passion for growing and learning alongside children.
Degree: High School Diploma or higher
Training: TECTA or TCCOTS prior training (desired, not essential)

Documenting daily routines and schedules for preschool students
Conducting research to identify best practices in continuity.
Maintaining accurate records.
Developing engaging lesson plans utilizing the Creative Curriculum framework.
Attending ITERS and ECERS training sessions.
Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the classroom.
Embracing Montessori philosophies and the value of outdoor play.
Recognizing the significance of play-based programs.
Ensuring compliance with Tennessee State guidelines for regulated child care centers.
