Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Executive Chef in managing food and labor costs
- Assist with menu planning, development, and daily production
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality standards
- Execute and support catering and special events
- Supervise and develop hourly culinary team members
- Assist with ordering, inventory, and kitchen organization
- Implement new culinary programs in partnership with culinary and marketing teams
- A.O.S. in Culinary Arts or equivalent training and experience
- Progressive culinary or kitchen management experience
- Experience in high-volume, complex foodservice operations
- Catering and event execution experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of food trends, production, sanitation, and cost controls
- Experience with batch or institutional cooking environments
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- ServSafe certification preferred
