- Currently hiring for multiple full time positions in multiple departments.
- Applicants need to be a self starter and possess leadership skills. Applicants will need to have excellent customer service skills and be able to keep up in a fast paced environment. Applicants will need to be able to work a full day on your feet and be able to lift 50 lbs off and on through out the day. As a full time associate you would be responsible for maintaining a clean well stocked department. A background in farm retail is a plus but not required. As a key carrier you would be responsible for opening and closing the store a couple of days a week and helping resolve customer needs. Forklift driving will be required. Must be willing to learn or have experience. Cash handling experience a plus. Nights and weekends and some holidays will be required. There is a $2.50/hr shift differential for working weekends and some holidays. As a full time employee there is also medical, dental and vision benefits. Paid vacation and sick time are available immediately. Holiday pay available after 90 days. 401k with a company match is also available after one year. In store discount also available.
