Position Overview
Bomber is seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven Brand Partnerships Associate to support the growth and expansion of the Bomber brand across strategic retail, corporate, athletic, and community channels.
This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing partnerships that strengthen brand visibility, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate is ambitious, polished, entrepreneurial, and passionate about premium athletic apparel, relationship-building, and modern brand growth.
This is not a traditional “sales” role. The Brand Partnerships Associate serves as a strategic representative of the Bomber brand — building long-term relationships with apparel and athletic retailers, gyms, golf facilities, corporate partners, creators, athletic organizations, and community initiatives that align with Bomber’s identity and values.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage strategic brand and retail partnerships
• Identify new growth opportunities across wholesale, corporate, athletic, golf, fitness, and community channels
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships through proactive communication and account management
• Conduct outreach to prospective accounts, retailers, and partnership opportunities
• Represent Bomber in a professional and brand-aligned manner across all communications
• Coordinate partnership onboarding, product presentations, and launch support
• Assist with partnership activations, events, campaigns, and brand initiatives
• Collaborate with internal marketing, operations, and leadership teams to support growth initiatives
• Track outreach activity, account progress, and partnership performance
• Maintain a strong understanding of Bomber products, positioning, and brand standards
• Support ongoing expansion initiatives within the United States
Qualifications
Preferred Experience
• Experience in partnerships, account management, business development, sales, retail, marketing, or brand development
• Experience within apparel, athletic, golf, fitness, luxury retail, or consumer brands is considered an asset
