Cannabis Sales Representative – Commission Only
Sacramento, CA (California Territory)
Pay: Commission Only (10% of Gross Sales)
Expected Monthly Earnings: $1,400 – $14,000 (Performance-Based)
We are a small, independently owned cannabis cultivation based in Sacramento, CA, seeking an experienced Cannabis Sales Representative with strong, established relationships with California dispensaries. Our brand is relatively new but growing quickly, with six flower strains currently available and eighths as our top-selling SKU. We are expanding into pre-rolls and additional flower size options.
This is a 100% commission-based role ideal for a motivated self-starter who can immediately leverage existing dispensary relationships and sell product COD (Cash on Delivery).
Responsibilities
- Sell wholesale cannabis flower to licensed California dispensaries
- Leverage existing relationships to open and grow accounts
- Close COD sales and manage repeat orders
- Promote current flower lineup and support expansion into pre-rolls and new SKUs
- Represent the brand professionally and provide market feedback
Requirements
- Prior cannabis sales experience in California
- Established relationships with multiple licensed dispensaries
- Proven ability to sell COD
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Knowledge of California cannabis compliance regulations
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Compensation
- 10% commission on gross sales
- Monthly earnings typically range from $1,400 to $14,000 , depending on performance
- Uncapped earning potential
