The Help Desk Administrator delivers frontline technical support, manages hardware assets, and ensures the timely resolution of IT issues to support business operations.

- Provide Tier 1–2 help desk support
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Manage IT tickets and service requests
- Support the deployment of desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Vendor support and troubleshooting of office and warehouse technical equipment
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes
- Manage hardware inventory and asset lifecycle
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of help desk or desktop support experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 support
- Basic knowledge of user account management
