The focus is on building a repeatable, institutional operating model across Class A office and mixed-use assets, where consistency, reporting standards, and client delivery are critical.
Day-to-day, the role leads portfolio transitions and onboarding of new assets, builds and implements operating frameworks, playbooks, and governance structures, and drives consistency of delivery across Property Management, Leasing, Construction, and Asset teams. You’ll also support performance tracking through KPIs and reporting, while acting as a senior point of contact with ownership groups during key onboarding and delivery phases.
This is for someone capable of operating at platform level and stepping into broader leadership as the business continues to scale.
We appreciate it’s hard to get the full picture from a job advert, so please reach out if you’d like more information. If there’s alignment and you’re ready to be considered, hit apply, and we’ll review and come back to you with potential next steps.
