Essential Duties
- Build and expand relationships within the Commercial Real Estate community, including Property Managers, Facility Managers, Owners, and Asset Managers
- Identify and pursue new janitorial and facility service opportunities within commercial office portfolios and other CRE assets
- Apply operational knowledge of janitorial contracts, scopes of work, and service delivery to align client needs with effective, practical solutions
- Support proposal development, presentations, and RFP responses by providing real‑world insight into building operations and client priorities
- Partner closely with internal operations teams to ensure accurate scoping, seamless transitions, and long‑term client satisfaction
- Leverage an established network of CRE colleagues and peers to generate leads and referrals
- Maintain market visibility by attending local CRE industry events, association meetings, and networking functions, including organizations such as BOMA and IFMA
- Stay informed on market activity, upcoming bid opportunities, and competitive dynamics within the territory
