Your New Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to support a broad range of strategic and operational initiatives as their next Senior HR Generalist. In this role, you’ll serve as an extension of the HR department, providing project leadership and executive-level support across multiple HR disciplines.

As Senior HR Generalist, you’ll lead and support enterprise-wide HR projects, conduct research, provide recommendations on HR best practices, and assist with annual HR operating plans and workforce planning efforts. You’ll bring strong organizational skills to job architecture initiatives and talent acquisition support, including job description development, compensation benchmarking, market pricing analyses, and the implementation of career pathing and job leveling frameworks. You’ll also support recruiting efforts for mid-to-senior level positions, assist with interview design and candidate evaluation tools, and develop recruitment metrics and reporting.

This role will also support performance management, employee relations, and learning and development. You’ll assist with redesigning and enhancing performance management programs, developing employee training materials and workshops, and partnering with the HR team to roll out employee events throughout the year. You’ll also support calibration discussions and performance review processes, contribute to employee engagement initiatives, and help design leadership development programs.

Candidates with experience in HR systems and compliance will thrive in this role. You’ll assist with HRIS and payroll processes, support ADP implementation and optimization, and create standard operating procedures. You’ll also research and draft HR policies and procedures, support compliance initiatives related to local, state, and federal employment laws, and participate in HR audits and documentation review. A strong attention to detail is essential, as you’ll evaluate existing HR processes and recommend improvements.

Success in this role requires exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills, along with strong business acumen, a relationship-focused approach, and a commitment to continuous process improvement. Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS platforms will help candidates stand out.

This is a fully onsite role with a minimum twelve-month contract. After that period, qualified candidates may have the opportunity to convert to a full-time, permanent position.
