Our client, a local boutique wealth management firm, is looking for a Remote Client Service Associate who thrives at the intersection of client service, portfolio operations, and investment execution. This is an opportunity to become a trusted partner within a close-knit team, helping ensure clients receive a seamless experience while supporting the day-to-day mechanics that keep portfolios running smoothly.
As a Remote Client Service Associate, you’ll play a key role in executing trades, rebalancing portfolios, and monitoring accounts to ensure alignment with client objectives. You’ll manage account openings, maintenance requests, money movements, and transaction processing while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. Working closely with advisors and portfolio managers, you’ll help translate investment strategies into action and ensure operational excellence behind every client interaction.
Beyond portfolio operations, you’ll serve as a go-to resource for clients, custodians, and internal stakeholders. From coordinating meetings and managing schedules to resolving service requests and maintaining critical records, you’ll help keep the business organized, responsive, and client focused. You’ll also support compliance initiatives, assist with special projects, and contribute to process improvements that enhance both efficiency and the overall client experience.
The team is looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and naturally dependable. You’ll need to bring effective communication skills, a solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to stay composed when priorities shift. Although this is a remote role, candidates must be based in the Portland/Lake Oswego area to accommodate occasional on-site meetings.
