What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Management Administrative Assistant position at Boly:Welch?
Job Number: 32152
Salary: $60K-$65K DOE
Industry: Real Estate
Must Haves
Love helping people and keeping things running smoothly? This is your moment. We’re looking for a Property Management Administrative Assistant to join a well-established commercial real estate firm.
You’ll be the backbone of the property management team, fielding tenant inquiries, coordinating vendors, managing maintenance requests, and supporting leasing operations with everything from key card access to lease abstracts. You’ll also keep contact lists up to date, schedule conference rooms, compile reports, and help keep daily operations running seamlessly.
While an accounting background isn’t required, it’s a big plus for understanding rent, CAM charges, and other lease-related fees — giving you a sharper view of the financial side of property management. Excellent communication skills, tact, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities will help you thrive, as you’ll be liaising with tenants, vendors, and internal teams every day.
This is an in-office role where your energy, attention to detail, and customer-first mindset will make a tangible impact.
Your New Organization
Come work for a well-established, highly respected real estate development company that rewards performance and truly takes care of itself. This is a team that’s collaborative, cohesive, and family-friendly — professional, yes, but with a culture employees genuinely love. With low turnover, stability, growth potential, and a no-drama environment, it’s a place where you can thrive, enjoy great benefits, and work in a clean, welcoming office.
You’ll get paid time off, medical and dental coverage, a 401(k) plus generous company contribution, paid parking, disability insurance, and an FSA.
