The managing partners will rely on you to streamline procedures, balance the administrative workload, supervise the support staff, and resolve performance and interpersonal issues.
You’ll be instrumental in the firm’s recruiting, hiring, and onboarding process and professional development opportunities for both attorneys and staff. Benefits administration fall under your purview, and you’ll be the point of contact for questions regarding benefits, payroll, and firm policies and procedures. Additionally, you’ll support the firm’s marketing and business development efforts, coordinate with vendors, and oversee facilities, inventory, and maintenance requests.
A strong sense of accountability, discretion, and emotional intelligence will be essential for your success in this role.
This is an in-office position.
