Your New Role

Behind every successful project is someone who keeps the financials on track. As Project Accountant with this local company, you’ll take ownership of the numbers that power each job: from cost allocations to billing documentation and WIP.

In this role, you’ll enter and track expenses, allocate job costs manually, and generate billing documents that align with each project’s unique timeline. You’ll manage and reconcile WIP against general ledger accounts, handle SOV breakdowns, track lien releases, and maintain accurate tax exemption documentation.

You’ll also be the go-to for systems support; using Viewpoint to record job closures, digitize and organize project files, and submit notices of intent to lien as needed.

This is a fully onsite role based on the east side of Portland.
