Our client is looking for an organized and resourceful candidate to step into the role of Building Systems Coordinator. This is a hands-on, on-site position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across teams to keep complex systems running smoothly.
In this role, you’ll serve as a key liaison between internal IT teams, the engineering department, and external vendors. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as you’ll be coordinating services, facilitating communication, and providing regular updates. Your technical knowledge, especially in building systems technologies and cabling infrastructure, will support budgeting, technical planning, and system design. You’ll also use a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders and ensure timely maintenance.
This position requires a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record, as you’ll travel to various properties to meet with vendors and property maintenance staff. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that all work meets contract obligations and service level expectations.
The role is fully on-site and requires flexibility, including occasional on-call evenings and rotating weekends.

- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
