We’re looking for curious, thoughtful Deschutes County residents to take part in something a little different: a real-world mock jury experience with a local law firm.
Think of it as stepping behind the curtain of the legal system for the day. You’ll hear a simulated case presented in a trial-style format, review the details and evidence shared by experienced attorneys, and then join a small group discussion to work toward a final verdict.
It’s part critical thinking, part group conversation, and part “I didn’t realize I’d be this into it.” Most mock jurors leave saying they really enjoyed the experience and would do it again.
No legal background needed. Just bring your attention, your perspective, and a willingness to jump into discussion.
A few logistics: this is a fully remote, one-day commitment taking place July 14th, 1PM to 5PM. Applicants must live in Deschutes County to be considered.
