In this position, you’ll manage the full process of client billing from pre-bills to invoices. The firm’s attorneys will rely on you to communicate directly with the clients regarding any billing questions or concerns. Additionally, you’ll provide administrative support for the Accounting department and take on special projects from time to time.
Success in this role requires a proactive workstyle, strong organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail. You’ll enjoy the collegial nature of the firm and ample opportunities for professional development.
After an in-office training period, you’ll have a hybrid schedule with three in-office days each week.

- Proficiency in Aderant or other billing software
- Associate or Bachelor degree required, preferably in accounting
