In this role, you’ll put your Oregon and federal e-filing expertise to work while collaborating with legal assistants and paralegals to support attorneys across the firm. You’ll step in during absences, assist with special projects, and keep things running smoothly wherever you’re needed most. Your day-to-day will include e-filing, drafting, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence, assembling notebooks and trial binders, managing calendars, and coordinating travel.
Success in this role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and attorney workstyles, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to managing tasks and deadlines. You’ll be appreciated for your flexibility, accuracy, and willingness to jump in and help.
This is an in-office position.

- 4 years of experience as a civil litigation legal assistant required; background in business or corporate law strongly preferred
- In-depth knowledge of Oregon state and federal court rules and e-filing procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Notary certification preferred
