Job Number: 32287
Salary: $55K-$70K DOE
Industry: Financial Services
Must Haves
This is the perfect opportunity for a junior finance professional looking to put their foot in the door with a firm that values collaboration and communication as their next Client Relations Specialist. This role offers strong exposure to investment operations, client service, and advisor support while building a foundation in the financial services industry.
As Client Relations Specialist, you’ll support investment advisors through combination of client coordination, operational support, and detailed administrative work. You’ll manage scheduling and meeting preparation, assist with client paperwork and transactional processing, and help ensure documentation moves accurately through internal systems, brokers, and dealers. This role works closely with advisors, clients, and cross-functional teams, making strong communication and relationship-building skills essential.
In this role, you’ll also maintain and organize client records within Docupace, process account documentation, assist with annuity paperwork, calculate cost basis information, and support the flow of outgoing client correspondence. The work is highly detail-oriented and requires someone who enjoys creating structure, managing moving pieces, and keeping things on track behind the scenes.
We’re looking for someone with initiative, accountability, and the ability to balance independent work with collaboration across teams. Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and a proactive mindset will go a long way here, especially for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new systems, and taking ownership of their work. A willingness to obtain — or already hold — a FINRA Series 6 or 7 registration is also important for long-term success in the role.
This is a fully onsite opportunity based in beautiful Lake Oswego, offering close partnership with advisors and an engaging team-oriented environment.
Your New Organization
When it comes to exceptional client service and practical financial solutions, no firm does it better. You’ll join a classic finance environment where clients are a top priority and exceeding expectations is always the goal.
