Position Overview
As an integral member of our operations team, you will oversee the flow of customer and business orders from entry through fulfillment. You will serve as a key point of coordination between internal departments, ensuring orders are processed accurately, inventory remains aligned across systems, and operational issues are addressed before they impact customers.
Success in this position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
Primary Responsibilities
- Order & Fulfillment Management
- Process, review, maintain client orders across multiple sales channels
- Verify order information and resolve discrepancies prior to fulfillment
- Prepare daily fulfillment documentation and coordinate with warehouse personnel
- Generate invoices and support related order administration activities
- Track shipments and assist with order-related inquiries
- Manage shipping documentation and related recordkeeping requirements
- Inventory & Systems Coordination
- Maintain inventory accuracy across operational systems
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Coordinate inventory transfers and adjustments as needed
- Monitor operational reports and identify trends, bottlenecks, or process improvement opportunities
- Troubleshoot issues within order management and fulfillment platforms
Operational Support
- Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, customer support, and leadership teams
- Research and resolve order holds, fulfillment issues, and system-related exceptions
- Ensure established operational procedures are followed consistently
- Support special projects and additional responsibilities as business needs evolve
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, order management, fulfillment, strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to identify issues proactively and implement solutions
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software platforms
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related discipline
- Experience with Shopify, ShipStation, ShipHero, NetSuite, ERP platforms, or similar business systems
- Understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations
- Experience working within e-commerce, distribution, fulfillment, or multi-channel sales environments
