About the Role:
The E-Commerce Fulfillment Coordinator is a highly motivated self-starter with a strong sense of urgency who thrives in a fast-paced, high-output environment. Responsible for the making, packing, and shipping orders on a daily basis. Car required for order drop-offs.
Success in this role is driven by strong work ethic, motivation, initiative, and a positive, can-do attitude. Crafting and product-making skills can be easily taught.
A day in the life as an E-Commerce Fulfillment Coordinator:
- Required to hit a minimum order count each day to stay on track with customer shipping and delivery timelines. Must thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Make, package, and ship a high-volume of orders daily.
- Extremely detail oriented in reviewing orders for accuracy and alert Fulfillment Lead to any discrepancies.
- Car required to pick up third-party product and deliver packages to the post office daily.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or similar major.
- Strong time management skills and able to multitask under tight deadlines.
- Highly organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Previous experience in e-commerce (Shopify/Etsy), preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with sublimation, product creation, or crafting preferred, but not required.
- Previous experience in Adobe Photoshop and Cricut Design Space preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communicator and team player.
- Positive can-do attitude and flexible to changing business needs as we continue to grow.
- Passion and interest in the events industry.
- Car required to pick up third-party product and deliver packages to the post office daily. (Distance is within one mile of the office. Compensation will be applied for gas/mileage)
