Civil Project Engineer - Land Development

Bolton & Menk has an exciting opportunity for a Project Engineer, PE to join our Greater Midwest - Land Development team in our office. What You Will Be Doing:

• Responsible for the management planning, scheduling and performance of multiple site engineering projects and personnel.
• Work closely with Project Managers in understanding client needs and expectations.
• Review and/or prepare preliminary reports and feasibility studies
• Read, interpret and prepare site engineering plans, specifications and reports
• Provides technical advice regarding design, construction or modification and repairs to clients, and other staff members
• May assist with business development activities (client needs, research, proposals, etc.)

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
• Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Minnesota
• 4 years' progressive experience in the civil engineering field, including experience in private and/or public land development projects
• Experience in plan and specification development with design contract administration
• High proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Knowledge of local site permitting processes and requirements
• Possess a valid drivers license as travel to various facilities and job sites may be required

Salary Range: $68,000 - $120,000 depending on years of experience and credentials
