What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC programmer position at Bolton Cladding?
We’re hiring an in-house CNC Programmer.
Looking for someone with real experience in the cladding / façade world — someone who understands how projects actually get built.
This role includes:
• CNC programming for ACM, aluminum panels, and façade systems
• Strong AutoCAD work (reading creating fabrication/shop drawings)
• Understanding panel layouts, fabrication methods, and production flow
• Working closely with shop and project management teams
• Problem-solving on the floor and improving efficiency
Big plus if you:
• Have hands-on experience in the cladding industry
• Think ahead and catch issues before they hit production
We’re a fast-moving company with a strong pipeline, and this position is key to keeping projects running sharp and on schedule.
