Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial mechanical maintenance.
- Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role within a maintenance team.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical components.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Technical certification or associate degree in mechanical technology or related field.
- Experience with Computer based diagnostic software
