Position Overview
We are looking for a hunter-minded Sales Representative who thrives on prospecting, opening new accounts, and closing deals. This role is focused on new business development, aggressive pipeline growth, and revenue generation. If you are competitive, self-driven, and motivated by results, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and hunt for new B2B accounts
- Generate and close new business through outbound calls, emails, and in-person meetings
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with consistent activity
- Conduct product demonstrations and solution-based presentations
- Travel out of state to meet prospects, attend trade shows, and grow territory
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Work closely with marketing and technical teams to accelerate deal cycles
- Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasting
Qualifications
- 2 years of B2B sales experience with a strong emphasis on new business development
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
- Experience in security, surveillance, networking, or technology sales preferred
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and closing skills
- Highly competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Comfortable working on-site in San Dimas, CA
- Willing and able to travel out of state as required
- Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and activity
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel by air
