Position Overview
We are seeking a Junior Sales Representative to support our on-site sales team in San Dimas, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in B2B sales within the security technology industry. You will receive hands-on training, work closely with senior sales staff, and gradually take ownership of accounts and sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior sales representatives with lead follow-up and account management
- Assist with outbound prospecting via phone and email
- Qualify inbound leads and help build the sales pipeline
- Learn and present Bolide products to customers and prospects
- Prepare quotes and assist with order processing
- Maintain accurate customer and activity records in CRM
- Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and training sessions as needed
- Develop product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience
- Interest in B2B sales, technology, or the security industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Coachable, motivated, and eager to learn
- Organized with attention to detail
- Comfortable working on-site in San Dimas, CA
- Willingness to travel occasionally, including out of state
- Basic computer skills; CRM experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license
