Role Description
Boldmark Steel Industries, LLC is seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator/Ironworker for a full-time, on-site role located in Ellicott City, MD. The individual will be responsible for welding, fabricating, and assembling structural and miscellaneous metals based on blueprints and specifications. Daily tasks include preparing and cutting materials, performing various types of welding, ensuring quality standards are met, and collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently. The role also involves regular maintenance of equipment and adherence to all safety protocols.
Qualifications
- General welding and metal fabrication skills
- Understanding of materials and their properties, especially structural and miscellaneous metals
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Knowledge of industry safety standards and the ability to follow safety protocols
