Position Summary
The Café Team Member supports daily food & beverage operations within Bolder Adventure Park by providing exceptional service, preparing menu items efficiently, and maintaining a clean, welcoming guest environment. This role is key to ensuring guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience during their visit.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service

Greet guests with a positive, friendly attitude and provide prompt, knowledgeable service.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

Handle guest questions, concerns, and special requests while maintaining a high level of hospitality.
Food & Beverage Preparation

Prepare and serve menu items according to Bolder standards, including beverages, snacks, and café specials.

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling, labeling, and storage.

Maintain product levels, restock supplies, and ensure stations are clean and fully operational.
Operational Duties

Operate POS systems accurately, process payments, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.

Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning, stocking, and equipment checks.

Support inventory management by reporting low-stock items and assisting with counts as needed.
Cleanliness & Safety

Keep all café areas including prep stations, seating areas, equipment, and counters—clean, sanitized, and organized.

Comply with all health, safety, and company policies.

Report maintenance needs or safety concerns to management immediately.
Qualifications

Prior food service, retail, or guest service experience preferred but not required.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
