Position Summary
The Café Team Member supports daily food & beverage operations within Bolder Adventure Park by providing exceptional service, preparing menu items efficiently, and maintaining a clean, welcoming guest environment. This role is key to ensuring guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience during their visit.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Greet guests with a positive, friendly attitude and provide prompt, knowledgeable service.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

• Handle guest questions, concerns, and special requests while maintaining a high level of hospitality.

Food & Beverage Preparation

• Prepare and serve menu items according to Bolder standards, including beverages, snacks, and café specials.

• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling, labeling, and storage.

• Maintain product levels, restock supplies, and ensure stations are clean and fully operational.

Operational Duties

• Operate POS systems accurately, process payments, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.

• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning, stocking, and equipment checks.

• Support inventory management by reporting low-stock items and assisting with counts as needed.

Cleanliness & Safety

• Keep all café areas including prep stations, seating areas, equipment, and counters—clean, sanitized, and organized.

• Comply with all health, safety, and company policies.

• Report maintenance needs or safety concerns to management immediately.

Qualifications

• Prior food service, retail, or guest service experience preferred but not required.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.

• Availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
