Position Overview:
We’re looking for enthusiastic part-time sales associate at Bolder Adventure Park to join our on-site team! You’ll be working in our on-site sales office and contacting guests by phone and email and assisting with event and party planning. This role is perfect for someone with great people skills, a positive attitude, and a love for creating fun experiences. You will work with guests to create contracts, take deposits, organize banquet event orders, and ensure that all parties have the information necessary to execute a flawless event.
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
What You’ll Do:

Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome.

Assist with party planning and group events

Use computer programs to accurately send contracts, take deposits and email with guests

Share information about attractions, packages, and events with potential clients.

Promote group packages to schools, churches, companies and families.

Help meet daily and monthly sales goals.

Maintain a clean and inviting sales area.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:

Customer service or sales experience is a plus (but not required).

Friendly, outgoing, and dependable.

Strong communication skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fun environment.

Flexible availability (daytime and some weekends).

Must be able to work on-site at our Grand Prairie location.

Must be self-motivated and be able to work independently
