- Assess patients' physical conditions through tests, examinations, and history to identify limitations and treatment needs
- Create and implement individualized rehabilitation programs
- Apply various therapy techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain
- Operate and maintain specialized therapy equipment safely
- Track patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare team members for coordinated care
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises, injury prevention, and self-management
- Maintain safety and infection control standards during treatments
- Engage in professional development and quality assurance activities
- Assist in discharge planning to support continued recovery
- Valid Physical Therapy license in accordance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficiency in English, PC skills, and ability to follow instructions
- Physical ability to move, lift, push, and bend as needed
- Effective teamwork and professionalism
- Ability to handle a dynamic environment with attention to detail and safety
