Qualifications: Active PT license (full state license required during assignment), outpatient therapy experience, and one professional reference. SSN is necessary for consideration.
Responsibilities include: Working a 5x8 day shift schedule, totaling 40 hours weekly, with equipment provided during interview. Parking and dress code details are shared on the first day.
Additional notes: Candidates with prior PRN or permanent employment at the facility must have a one-year separation before returning as travelers. Holiday weeks guarantee 32 hours.
