Travel Occupational Therapist - Inpatient Rehab

Role: An Occupational Therapist (OT) responsible for evaluating and developing individualized care plans for patients needing assistance with daily activities, typically in an acute care setting.

• Responsibilities: Review medical histories, assess patient conditions, create treatment plans with specific goals, assist patients in performing tasks, evaluate home and workplace environments, educate families and employers, recommend and instruct on equipment use, document progress accurately, and ensure compliance with healthcare guidelines.
• Qualifications: Must have at least 6 months of experience (1 year preferred), BLS certification, NBCOT-OTR certification, and state-specific licensure. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and have sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
